  • 1 1/4 lb. shelled, deveined, mixed shrimp
  • 6 finely chopped, canned water chestnuts
  • 1 piece finely chopped ginger
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tsp. wine
  • 1 tsp. cooking oil
  • Dash of pepper



Step 1

Mix ingredients together. Fry in deep fat, heated to about 360 degrees until golden brown
