Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. shelled, deveined, mixed shrimp
- 6 finely chopped, canned water chestnuts
- 1 piece finely chopped ginger
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 tsp. wine
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- Dash of pepper
