Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box cake mix - white or yellow
- 1 box red jello (sugar-free strawberry works well, too)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together rhubarb and sugar first in a 9 X 13 cake pan.
Layer over rhubarb mixture all other ingredients, one at a time in order listed. Pour the cold water over all.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Let set before eating to firm.
