Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pack wild and white rice
- 10oz can beef stock
- 2-10 oz frozen spinach, chopped (cook and drain)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2-3 Tbs butter

Preparation
Step 1
-cook spinach and drain
-add butter and cream cheese
-cook rice in beef stock
-saute mushrooms
-Layer in 2qt casserole: 1/2rice,1/2 spinach, 1/2 mushrooms, repeat
-Bake covered at 350 for 45min
