Sausage and Artichoke Pasta

Sarah used to make this for dinner when I would go eat with them in high school.

Ingredients

• Olive oil
• 1 onion
• 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
• 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
• salt
• 1/2 cup vermouth or vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sausage and onions in olive oil.
When brown add jar of marinated artichoke hearts (undrained), a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup vermouth or vodka.
Serve over pasta with Parmesan cheese.
