  • 4 LG POTATO PEELED, DICED LARGE PCS.
  • 2 CARROTS, PEELED CHOPPED INTO CHUNKY PCS
  • 1 1/2 C WATER (MIGHT NEED MORE OR LESS, )
  • 1/2 t SALT
  • 3 T POULTRY SEASONING
  • 1 T ONION POWDER
  • 1/2 t GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/4 C NUTRITIONAL FLAKES
  • 1/3 C CANOLA OIL
  • 5 C COOKED ZITI

Step 1

350 DEGREE OVEN

PUT CARROTS AND POTATOES IN PAN. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO COME ABOUT 1/2 INCH FROM THE TOP OF THE VEGETABLES. ADD SALT , SEASONING, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER. STIR AND COOK ON MED HEAT TILL POTATOES AND CARROTS ARE SOFT

COOK ZITI AHEAD OF TIME TO AL DENTE COOL

WHEN VEGGIES ARE DONE COOL OR ADD A COUPLE OF ICE CUBES TO COOL IT DOWN SLIGHTLY. BLEND TOGETHER WITH NUTRITIONAL YEAST AND OIL. (I USED AN IMMERSION BLENDER ) ADD MORE WATER IF ITS TOO THICK. TASTE TO SEE IF MORE SALT IS NEEDED. POUR SAUCE OVER ZITI AND PUT IN A BAKING PAN
