Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup of Promise Light
  • - 3/4 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
  • - 1/2 cup grated low fat or fat free cheese of your choice (I use Lifetime Fat Free Mozzarella to save calories, but parmesan cheese probably tastes most authentic)
  • - chopped parsley to taste (1-3 tablespoons)
  • - pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

- In a saucepan, melt your butter
- Once your buttery spread is melted, remove it from the burner
- Stir in the low fat sour cream, until the sour cream and butter are thoroughly mixed
- Add the fat free cheese or parmesan and combine
- Pour 1/4 the sauce over the serving of pasta and stir to combine
- Sprinkle parsley and pepper over pasta to taste
