Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 can pumpkin (16oz)
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Frosting:
- 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, softened
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 c confectioner's sugar
- 3-4 tsp milk
- chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
In mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add eggs, mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into greased 15x10x1in pan. Bake 350 for 25-30 min. Cool
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add sugar mix well. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
