Very Garlic Hummus


May use roasted garlic for a milder flavor, or raw garlic for a potent kick!

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic (raw or roasted)
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend well to desired consistancy. May add more olive oil or yogurt for a smoother consistancy.
