Ingredients
- GLAZE:
- 2 ¾ cup flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup butter at room temperature
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 1 TB lemon zest
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 ¼ cup blueberries tossed with 1 TB flour
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 6 – 7 tsp lemon juice
- 1 TB corn syrup

Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients together. Beat butter, add sugar, beat an additional 2 -3 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice, zest, vanilla. Beat in flour alternately with buttermilk. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 for 50 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes and turn out of pan onto large cake plate. Stir glaze ingredients together and dizzle over the cake.
