Ingredients
- mushrooms 1 cup fresh and sliced
- garlic 1 clove minced
- butter 2 teaspoons or margarine
- Swiss cheese 1/2 cup shredded
- pie shell 1 9-inch
- ham 1 1/2 cups (8 ounce) cubed
- broccoli 1 cup cooked, and chopped
- milk 1 cup
- eggs 3
- flour 2 teaspoons
- white pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- nutmeg ground
- parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
In skillet over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until tender. Sprinkle swiss cheese in pie shell.
Top with mushroom mixture, ham and broccoli.
In a bowl beat together milk, eggs, flour, whit pepper and nutmeg pour into pastry shell.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
