Cupcake Cones

Cupcakes in an ice cream cone, brilliant! Use your favorite frosting and toppings to suit any theme.

• 1 box cake mix and ingredients called for on the box
• Sugar cones
• Toppings of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Make the cake batter as directed on the box of cake mix.

Pour the batter into your cones (about 3/4 full) and stand up close together on a cookie sheet, edges touching. Carefully place them in the oven (i use a mini cupcake pan to put them in) and then bake per your recipe (or box’s) instructions but check on them a little sooner to see if they’re done sooner than the normal cupcake time. Then remove and let cool. They really bake just like normal……pretty cool!

Frost and decorate your cone cupcakes with color and topping to suit any special event, party or holiday. Enjoy!
