Cauliflower Stir Fry(vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower(cut into florets)
  • 1 inch piece ginger(grated)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ green chilli( chopped)
  • ½ tomato(chopped)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds. Add the ginger and green chilli. Then add the tomato. Saute for a few minutes. Add the cauliflower and salt. Continue sautéing for a few more minutes. Lower the flame and cover the pan with a lid. Let the cauliflower cook for about 5-7 minutes. Open the lid, increase the flame and continue sautéing until done. Garnish with the coriander leaves.
