- 2 large potatoes, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- grated onion to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients.
Fry by 1/4 cupful in oil until golden brown. Flip and fry until golden brown on both sides.
