Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hormel lemon garlic flavored pork loin filet, cut into thin strips
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 pkgs (9 oz each) refrigerated fettuccine noodles
  • 3 cups fresh vegetables(sliced aparagus, sliced mushrooms, yellow squash) halve and cut into 1/4 inch thick pieced
  • 1 (10 oz) jar prepared alfredo sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large skillet, saute pork in oil until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Meanwhile prepare fettuccine as package directs. During last 2 inutes of cooking, add vegtables. Heat sauce.

3. Drain pasta and vegetables. Place pasta in a large serving dish. Toss with cooked pork and alfredo sauce.
