Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed)
- 3 eggs
- 1 C. sugar
- 4 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package (18 oz.) yellow cake mix
- 3/4 C. butter, melted & cooled
- 1-1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle butter over the top of the cake mix. Top with walnuts or pecans.
Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let cool for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
