Ingredients
- 1.5 cup swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 Tablespoon dill weed
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 12 Tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cooked sliced potatoes
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion, dill and 1 cup swiss cheese. Mix butter, flour, salt and milk in saucepan until it thickens and then add sour cream. In casserole dish layer 1/3 potatoes, 1/2 cheese mix, 1/2 sour cream mix. Layer again and then top with potatoes, breadcrumbs and butter and 1/4 cup swiss cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
