Ingredients

  • 9 oz pkg green giant harvest gresh frozen cut broccoli, thawed
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 (10 3/4 oz) Chicken Boullion & Water
  • 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup dry vermouth or water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp oregano leaves
  • 7 oz pkg cheese tortellini
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepot or dutch oven, combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken, onions, carrots, vermouth, garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to a boil; add tortellini. Simmer uncovered 30 mins. Add broccoli. Simmer additional 5-10 mins or until broccoli is tender. Serve with cheese
