Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over bean or vegetable salad. Dressing may be kept refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
