(8 oz) cream cheese, softened
cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels, melted
cup vanilla wafers, crushed
cup strawberry preserves
Coatings: 1 cup- finley chopped almonds, powdered sugar or unsweetned cocoa
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth,. Add melted chocolate, beating until blended. Add crushed wafers and preserves, beating until blended, cover and chill 1 hour. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, and roll in desired coatings cover and chill 8 hours or until firm.
