Sweet Onion Appetizer

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 cups chopped sweet onion
• 1 cup Bisquick Mix
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp. parsley
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. season salt
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• dash of pepper
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs- beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients.
Spread evenly into 9 X 13 greased pan
Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown in 330* oven.

Can be served warm or cold.
