Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 large can of pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounce or 12 ounce Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk. Pour into 9x13 pan lined with wax paper, spray with Pam.
Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool completely and invert onto a platter. Peel off wax paper.
Topping:
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread on cake, sprinkle with nuts.
