  • • Sage Leaves
  • • Prosciutto
  • • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425º F.

Cut wedges of pealed sweet potatoes. Par boil until tender with no more snap, but not falling apart. Toss with olive oil and pepper enough to glaze.

Take one wedge place sage leave on and wrap with slice of prosciutto.

Place in baking dish and moisten with additional olive oil.

Place in oven for approx 10 minutes until prosciutto crispness up.
