Three Cheese Potato Souffle'

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag ore-ida mashed potatoes, prepared
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1 T dijonaise creamy mustard
  • 3/4 C sheedded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 C parmesan cheese
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 T ground pepper
  • 3 large eggs, separated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*.
Add milk to the prepared mashed potaotes, dijonaise mustard, cheeses, salt, pepper & egg yolks.
Mix together thoroughly until well blended.
In a small bowl with mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until stff paeks form.
Gently fold beaten egg whites into mashed potato mixture.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 2 qt souffle' dish.
Bake about 50 minutes or until the souffle' is puffed & golden.
