White Chocolate Berry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C cold milk
  • 2 pkg(4serving) Jello White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 tub (8oz) coolwhip, thawed
  • 3/4 t grated lemon peel
  • 1 C fresh thawed , frozen sliced strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6oz).

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into medium bowl.
Add pudding mixes.
Beat with wire whisk 1 minute ( mixture will be thick).
Gently stir in whipped topping & lemon peel.
Spoon strawberries or raspberries into bottom of crust; top with pudding mixture.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Garnish if desired.
Store left over pie in refrigerator.
