Pineapple Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 2 C. Flour
• 2 C. Sugar
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 Eggs
• 1 1# 4oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (undrained0
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 C. Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & pineapple. Add eggs, vanilla & nuts. Pour into 13 x 9 " pan. Bake 350o 25-30 minutes


Cream Cheese Icing

8 0z. Cream Cheese
1/4# Butter
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix all. Spread over cooled cake.
