Ingredients

  • For the cake:
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 3 small jars of baby food carrots
  • For the frosting:
  • 1 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter

Step 1

Cake:
Mix all together and add baby food.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan in 325 oven for 55 minutes.
Frosting:
Blend until smooth.
