No Bake Peanut Clusters
Easy and delicious, these No Bake Peanut Clusters are quick to make and everyone loves them! Add the marshmallows, or not, but they do help make the chocolate butterscotch coating a little creamier.
- 1 (16-ounce) bag chocolate chips
- 1 (12-ounce) bag butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shelled Spanish peanuts (Also works with La Choy Dry Chow Mien noodles for a switch!)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, optional
Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 30mins
Melt together chocolate, marshmallows, and butterscotch chips.
Drop by spoon onto wax paper.
Cool in refrigerator until hardened.
