Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick Butter -- melted
  • 16 ounces Powdered Sugar
  • 2 sticks butter -- softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 1/2 ounces Pineapple -- drained
  • 5 Bananas -- sliced lengthwise
  • Cherries -- sliced in half
  • Pecans -- chopped
  • 9 ounces Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: Combine first 2 ingredients and press into 9X13 cake pan.
Filling: Whip next 3 ingredients and spread over crust.
Topping: Spread pineapple over filling. Place bananas on top of pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over bananas. Garnish with cherries and pecan's. Refrigerate at least a couple of hours.
