Warm Artichoke and Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c sliced green onion
  • 2 T bottled green salsa
  • 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack or white cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 c dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c snipped fresh cilantro

Step 1

Drain atichokes; discarding marinade. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. In a small saucepan combine chipped artichoke hearts, green onion and salsa. Cook over med heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
