Cucumber & Sour Cream Mousse - Chris Abell

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime gelatin
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 Tbl grated onion
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cucumber, finely chopped (unpared)

Preparation

Step 1

Disove lime gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice and grated onion. Chill until set, then stir in 1 cup sour cream and cucumber. Pour into 6 small oiled molds or 1 medium mold until firm.
