Preparation

Step 1

Take a large piece of waxed paper and lay on a flat surface. Lay your two peeled bananas down and fold wax paper over them. Now flatten them out like they just got run over by a big huge truck!

Open the waxed paper and drizzle with the raw honey. (I often add a little warm water to mine until it drizzles) Now sprinkle lots of cinnamon on top. Press in the chopped nuts until bananas are completely covered. Then push in the berries.

Stick in the freezer until frozen, break apart and enjoy this fun, amazing, who'd-a-thunk-it, treat!

Mimi's directions for raw blueberry pancakes:
Lift the wax paper to mix the batch. Lay paper back over and use a rolling pin to flatten again. Open up and use a flat spatula to lift off 4 separate pancakes. Place on teflex sheet in your dehydrator and reshape and flatten the pancakes. Dehydrate 2 hours on 105. To flip the pancakes place another tray on top of the pancakes and turn it over, peel off the teflex and dehydrate for another 1 1/2 hours or less. Until they are no longer soft and are to your desired texture. Serve with fresh strawberries and drizzle with agave or maple syrup.
