Fettuccini Alfredo (seafood lasagna too!!)

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. AP flour
  • 1 1/3 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parm/Romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. fettuccini
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley



Step 1

In sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, cook 1 min. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with whisk. Cook until it thickens. Add 1 cup cheese, cream cheese and salt, stiring until cheese melts. Toss with hot pasta, sprinkle remaining cheese and parsley on top.
