Ingredients
- 25 lbs of silver skin onions
- Makes 12 1/2 quarts of pickled onions
- 1 litre Malt Vinegar
- 3 liter Pickled Vinegar
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Pickling Spice (wrapped in coffee filter)

Preparation
Step 1
Peel onions
Add salt and water, cover and sit for 24 hours
Drain onions
Combine ingredients for brine. Bring to a boil.
Heat jars and lids
Fill jars with onions and top with brine.
