Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (8" diameter)
  • 1/4 cup chopped semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Place a skillet over med-high heat. Place the tortilla in the pan. Toast for 1 minute on each side or until warm but still pliable. Sprinkle on the chips and cranberries. Dust lightly with cinnamon. Fold over like an omelet. Flip and cook for 30 seconds or until the chocolate starts to melt. Cut into 4 wedges.
