Sausage Gorgonzola cream pasta

Ingredients
- 10 medium 2 mil sausage
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic
- 3 cups cream
- 1 can diced tomato
- Wine
- Penne
- Parsley
- Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté large onion
Add garlic about 3/4 Then add sausage out of casing. Crumble like hamburger. Cook. Than add 1/2 bottle white wine. Cook about 15 mins low simmer. Than add 1 can diced tomatoes reduce at a good simmer about 30-40 min. Approx. than add about a good 1 inch of gorgonzola cheese. Stir in. Add at least 3 cups whipping cream
Done. I use at least 10 mild Italian and 2 med. sausages.
Cook 1 package penne noodle. Add sauce. Pluse 1 cup Parm cheese. Mix together. Let sit 2/3 min. Mix again again a few times till minute absorbed add lots of fresh Parsley mix.
Cook pasta only half way BC it will cook while sitting to absorbe. Use your judgment. U R a Great cook. That is the basic idea
I have used Cosco. Sausage mild. Only and like them. Will feed a big crowd. Or freeze held the sauce. Enjoy
