Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Strips
This simple but tasty dessert is great when you're in a pinch. Serve with honey or chocolate sauce.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in small bowl. Dividing evenly, brush tortillas on both sides with oil and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture. Cut into 1" strips and arrange in single layer on 2 baking sheets.
Bake flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Can be stored in airtight container up to 4 days.
