Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup soften butter
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 34 oz. sliced peaches (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of each: allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix butter and cake mix until crumbly. Add coconut to mixture
Press into a 13"x 9" x 2" pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and arrange the peaches on the crust.
Mix sugar and spices together. Sprinkle over peaches.
Mix eggs and sour cream together. Pour over peaches and bake for 25 minutes
