Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5-6 large cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1-1/2 cups frozen pea pods
- 3 cups white rice, cooked
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 4 green oninos, chopped
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a wok or large skillet, brown ground beef with garlic and ginger over medium heat breaking into small pieces, drain the fat, then add onions and saute, transfer to a bowl.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bell pepper and pea pods, and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Return the ground beef to skillet. Toss and combine and heat thru. Season with salt and pepper.
