Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
First tried 10/25/2011. Very good, easy way to cook turkey breast and keep it moist.
- 6-7pound6-7 pound turkey breast
- 1T.1 T. olive oil
- 1tsp.1 tsp. each, minced garlic, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper
Brush turkey breast with olive oil. Combine garlic, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper. Rub over turkey. Transfer to 6-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender
**If using a split turkey breast cut time to 3-4 hours, even if you use two split breasts.
