- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 4 oz. fettuccine noodles
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- cracked black pepper
- ground nutmeg
Allow cream and butter to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain. Return fettuccine to warm saucepan; add cream, butter, and parmesan cheese. Toss gently until fettuccine is well coated. Transfer to a warm serving dish. Sprinkle it with pepper and nutmeg.
