Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 12 oz whole kernal corn (3 cups drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk with cheese and buter, salt and pepper
in saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly
until cheese melts and is blended. Add corn and heat.
Makes 6 servings. You can substitute 3 cups frozen
loose pack whole kernal corn drained after cooking
for the canned corn.
