Ingredients
- tsp each of the following:
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- thyme
- marjoram
- sage
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- ground ginger
- salt
- pepper
- 2 x 1-1/2 pound packages pork tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together all ingredients except pork tenderloins in a zip-top plastic bag.
2. Prick pork with a fork and place in marinade, turning to coat.
3. Let pork stand at room temperature 30 minutes or chill for 2 hours.
4. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Place pork in a rack in a roasting pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160.
