Ingredients
- 1 Cup Wondra (or finely sifted flour)
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 TBS Basil
- 2 1/2 TBS Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 1/2 TBS Garlic Powder
- 2 1/2 TBS Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 TBS Celery Seed
- 2 1/2 TBS Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients and store in airtight bag or jar.
Use 1-1 1/2 TBS per pound of meat
