Ingredients

  • 1

    can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained/ chopped)

  • 1

    pkg (8oz) feta cheese (crumbled)

  • 1

    c mayo

  • ½

    c shredded parmesan

  • 1

    jar diced pimentos (drained) optional

Directions

1 mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 in pie plate 2. bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes 3. serve with crackers
