Ingredients

  • 2

    cups Brown Sugar

  • 2

    cups Flour

  • Dash of Salt

  • 2

    cups Oatmeal

  • 2

    sticks Butter, softened

  • 6

    cups Rhubarb

  • 1

    cup Sugar

  • 2

    cups Water

  • 4

    Tbsp. Cornstarch

  • 2

    tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Mix together brown sugar, flour, salt, oatmeal and butter. Sprinkle 3/4 of mixture in 9x13 cake pan and press down. Put rhubarb over crunch mixture. Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla until clear and thick. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle rest of crunch mixture on top. Bake at 325 till done.
