Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/4 cup lt. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Mix and pat into 13 x 9 pan on bottom and up the sides
  • FILLING
  • 4-6 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 3 oz. box strawberry or rasberry jello (dry)

Preparation

Step 1

Put rhubarb in crust. Cover with the dry jello.

For topping mix 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour. Mix like streusel and cover cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes until brown.
