Rhubarb Cake with Jello

- 2 Cups flour
- 1/4 cup lt. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- Mix and pat into 13 x 9 pan on bottom and up the sides
- 4-6 cups cut up rhubarb
- 3 oz. box strawberry or rasberry jello (dry)
Put rhubarb in crust. Cover with the dry jello.
For topping mix 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour. Mix like streusel and cover cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes until brown.
