  • 1 Stick butter
  • 3 TBSP. flour
  • onion
  • celery
  • bell pepper
  • Sausage
  • Shrimp

Step 1

Stir butter and flour slowly. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery; mix roux. Brown sausage add to roux. Season shrimp with Tony's; add to roux stir until pink. Add 3 cups of water. Cook 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
