Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t pepper or more
- 2 T dried minced onions
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- chives and parsley to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Completely drain the spinach. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Double recipe if serving to company. Serve with Triscuit crackers.
