Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 pckg. 5 inch flaky dough squares
  • 6-8 baby salmon slices(skinless)
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg(beaten)
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine mayo with spices and brush fish with mixture. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Cut off two 1/8 inch strips from the side of each flaky dough square and set aside. Place dough over each salmon piece stretching it a bit so the two sides of fish stick out about an inch on each side. Place the 2 strips in the center of the flaky dough to form an x.
3. Brush dough with eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake covered at 375 for an hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
4. After brushing with eggs and sprinkling with sesame seeds this dish can be frozen raw and baked at a later time. Before baking brush fish ends with mayo.
