Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 lb butter, melted
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 slices of soft bread, broken
- Brown sugar
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs together with sugar, butter, and pineapple. Fold in bread. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
